SymBIOTIC – Drink Powder with Probiotics and Dietary Fiber (390g)
Vitaking Symbiotic is a premium quality drink powder containing live cultures (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli) and rich in dietary fiber, with a pleasant strawberry flavor. The 6 different bacteria are protected by a double coating until they reach their “home,” the large intestine.
The excellent quality of the ingredients is guaranteed by galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS, water-soluble fibers) from Biotis® Fermentis and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS, water-soluble fibers) derived from inulin, which support the balance of the intestinal flora by serving as nourishment for beneficial bacteria.
Dietary fibers are indispensable plant-based carbohydrates for the human body, which, among other things, serve as food for the intestinal flora. When fibers and lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are introduced into the body simultaneously, they support each other in the intestines and exert their effects together. This way, much better results can be achieved.
There is no added sugar; the pleasant taste is provided by natural strawberry aroma and blueberry powder, while stevia ensures the sweetness. It dissolves easily in water or milk, is tasty, and can be excellently incorporated into a health-conscious diet.
SymBIOTIC Probiotic and Fiber Drink Powder
Vitaking Symbiotic is an innovative dietary supplement powder rich in live probiotics and dietary fibers. It provides beneficial live bacterial cultures and prebiotic fibers with a delicious strawberry flavor. The high-quality ingredients include galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) from Biotis® Fermentis and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from inulin, which support the balance of the gut flora by serving as food for beneficial bacteria.
The formulation contains bacterial strains of Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, and Bifidobacterium breve, which work together to help maintain the natural composition of gut microbiota.
What are galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS)?
“Oligosaccharides” are short chains of sugar molecules. When consumed, the undigested parts act as nourishment for “good” bacteria such as Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus species. Both GOS and FOS resist digestive enzymes and reach the colon intact, where they promote the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.
Why do we need dietary fiber, and how much daily?
Dietary fibers are essential, plant-based carbohydrates necessary for human health. A fiber-deficient diet is unhealthy.
Recommended daily intake varies by age and sex:
-
Adult women: 22–28 grams (with 1600–2000 kcal/day intake)
-
Adult men: 28–34 grams (with 2000–2400 kcal/day intake)
-
Children: their age in years + 5 grams per day
Do they work better together?
When fiber and live probiotics (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains) are consumed simultaneously, they synergistically enhance their beneficial effects in the gut, yielding better results.
Vitaking Symbiotic contains no added sugar and is sweetened with stevia, making it an excellent choice for those avoiding extra sugars. Natural strawberry flavor and blueberry powder provide authentic taste without artificial flavors.
It dissolves easily in water or milk, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Especially recommended for those who want to support their gut flora balance with a sugar-free, probiotic, and fiber-rich supplement. It is free from preservatives and artificial coloring and made from premium ingredients.

CFU = Colony Forming Units
Explanation about CFU:
When bacteria reach a favorable environment, they multiply approximately doubling every 20 minutes. This multiplication forms colonies. CFU indicates the number of viable bacteria capable of forming colonies in a product, such as yogurt or dietary supplements. An average yogurt contains at least 10⁶ CFU.
Two main bacterial groups typically used in supplements are Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus, important for the mammalian gut. These bacteria are sensitive to antibiotics, heat, and oxygen.
